Frequently Asked Questions
Can we consult you before deciding what to build?
Yes. We welcome consultations starting from "could this data be useful for something?" We'll help organize the state of your data, business challenges, and cost-effectiveness.
Can you work with small amounts of data?
Yes. Depending on data volume and quality, we can propose suitable statistical methods or even start from designing data collection. Tell us about the data you have.
Can you handle confidential data and personal information?
Yes. We sign an NDA and design security requirements appropriate to the information involved. We have experience handling highly confidential data, including in healthcare.
Can we commission a PoC only?
Yes. We support clients who want to validate on a small scale before deciding. Conversely, a PoC is not mandatory — we propose the best path for your situation.
How long does development take?
It depends on the project, but analytics and PoCs typically take a few weeks to 2 months, and system development 2 to 6 months. We present a schedule after the initial hearing.
How are fees determined?
We provide an estimate based on the scope, duration, and team structure. For phased projects, we can split estimates by phase.
Can you integrate with our existing systems?
Yes. We design with integration into your existing business systems, databases, and cloud environments in mind.
Do you work with clients outside Kumamoto?
Yes. We work with clients nationwide, primarily online, and can visit on site when needed.
Can you handle maintenance and improvement after development?
Yes. Rather than delivering and walking away, we recommend a setup where accuracy, features, and workflows are continuously improved in operation.
