Values

Our principles

Never give up on possibility.: "No precedent" and "not enough data" do not set our limits in advance. We look for ways to try, and follow the path to realization to the end.
Act, even before we are ready.: We don't wait for perfect preparation; we start with what we can do now. We take on challenges a step beyond our reach, with a hypothesis, and learn from failure. That cycle speeds up growth for each of us and for the team.
Pursue rationality.: Human judgment has limits. So we separate fact from inference, decide on evidence, and fix mistakes as soon as we find them. When we find a better way, we change, including our customs and our own habits.
Question the question.: Before we optimize, we ask what should actually be improved. We check whether the given question and metrics are the right ones, and pin down the real problem before we build.
Wide opportunity, high standards.: We do not judge a person's potential by title, résumé, or current skill alone. We open opportunities to anyone who wants to take on a challenge, and evaluate action and the value created fairly, against high standards.

Yutaro Kuchiki

AI & data science research / full-stack development

A full-stack engineer who has combined AI and data science research at Kumamoto University Graduate School with hands-on implementation in the field. Designs business and technology from three perspectives: research, the field, and the region.

Kazuki Tokuishi

CTO / Engineer

Machine learning & FPGA (PhD candidate) / applied data science

Gained experience as a data scientist at a Tokyo startup and is now a PhD candidate specializing in machine learning and FPGA. Holds a range of achievements in research and AI competitions.

Building on research insight and technical background cultivated at the university, our strength lies in turning AI, data utilization, and cloud technology into systems and services used in the real world.
